Use a total of four of these to support front and rear of each of the two Y axis guide rods. The original wooden supports allow a lot of play.

Use M3 cap-head stainless bolts from the original wooden mount to secure thing to printer frame. Fixing holes are slightly slotted to ensure the guide rods can be aligned parallel. Tighten only once free and full movement on Y-axis has been checked/adjusted.
