This is a modular stackable cylinder system designed for easy vertical stacking and insertion. It includes:

• Male rod: 70 mm main body + 19.5 mm insertion tip
• Female rod: 70 mm body + 20 mm hollow section
• Full stack: 70 mm + 19.5 mm when male and female are connected
• ⌀ Difference between male and female: 0.5 mm for reliable press-fit
  Compatible with most common filaments: PLA, PETG, ABS

It is possible to resize and/or cut cylinders in Bambu Studio to suit your needs

Tested with Bambu Lab A1, using standard 0.2 mm layer height and PLA. The 0.5 mm diameter difference ensures a smooth and secure fit between male and female components, even across multiple stacked units.
