Abstract
The headband of my Binnune BW06-BT was broken, so I made a new headband with the features I wanted. This all-in-one "hinge" component shortens the length of the side rods. All I needed to do was transfer the slider connector from the original headphones to this new component. It was printed using white PETG material with a 70% infill.
