I needed a window insert for my portable AC unit. I was not able to find one that was 5in for the exhaust of the hose and the tall window that I have in my apartment. So I needed to make my own.

The inserts need to be printed vertical to have the holes keep within the tolerances.
the vent can be printed on its side due to the ducked portion.

This is my 2nd draft. I have streamlined the design to look better than the 1st one.
I have included some triangles to save on material and make it look nicer. This is still a work in progress and I am currently working on making the insert slimmer and the exhaust a bit larger.
