This tray is based on Simple Parametric Tray by VektorKnight on Thingverse. It is sized to hold 6 thin cans (typically 355ml) in the fridge.
This tray is designed for tall cans that are up to 57.5mm in diameter. This is a common size for thin beer cans, energy drinks, etc.
It requires no support, no brim, no prime tower and uses 0.2mm layers.
I printed it using Sunlu PETG, but any PETG should work. It will likely work with PLA as well, but I have not tested it. It is unfortunately just slightly too large to print on the A1 mini.
If you have trouble with larger PETG prints warping in your P1S, especially one corner lifting up and shrinking, my solution has been to turn off both the parts and aux fan and increase the plate temperature to 80 C. It appears that otherwise excessive and non-uniform cooling causes one corner to shrink vertically. I allow the printer to do what it wants with the enclosure fan to control the overall temperature. Your mileage may vary, and I'd love to hear from anyone with a different solution.
Similar to my design for 6 tall cans of beer, this try is designed to be strong, not economical. The walls are 3mm thick, have 5 wall loops, and are 80mm high (about half the height of the cans). As a result, it requires almost 250g of filament. If you are looking for a lightweight economical tray this isn't it.
I have included the .f3d and .stl files in case someone with more 3D design skills than I would like to add a honeycomb or other perforated pattern to reduce filament use and print time.
