The stand pin is pressure fit. It is only meant to enter the hinge from one side. You can see a bit of a smaller ID ring on one side of the hinge, insert the pin from the opposite side.

0.2mm nozzle because it's pretty and the pressure fit pin. 15-25% infill. 

I printed the stand horizontally with no support. There are teardrops on the ID for this.
