*Modified*   QIDI Tech Q1 Pro Platform Leveling / Calibration Blocks

I tried printing the original file that was uploaded on my printer, but not only it needed around two and a half hours to print as well as around 140 grams of filament, It was actually sliced wrong. I tried 3 times, but the infill was horrible! In the end I ended up downloading the original file from Qidi Tech and slicing it myself. Eventually I decided to create my own version of the blocks, because there was simply no need for them to be as big as they were.

Print settings and suggestions

Nothing too fancy to worry about. The blocks wont experience any high stress forces, so as long as you do not store them inside of the chamber when it's heated they will be good to use for a very long time. Let me give some extra info for those who need it:

• I run the generic PLA settings on Orca Slicer for the Q1 Pro, with  minor changes. Nozzle is 0.4mm and layer height 0.2 mm.
• PLA is going to work perfectly fine! I would avoid using any materials with tendency to warp.
• If sliced as seen on the photos set the bottom and top layers to 5 and walls to 3 layers for extra rigidity. 
• I printed mine with Adaptive Cubic infill at 20%, however I am pretty sure that any infill would do the job even at 10%. you can go with honeycomb or gyroid.
• One last reminder: check the photos. You can see the print orientation and in case you are not sure how to use the block there is photo of that as well, however best would be to simply go on the official website and read more. Link is below.

Takes about 30-40 minutes to print and approximately 25-35 grams of PLA depending on the slicer settings you use.

The files are made entirely by me, however I have used the original QIDI Tech design for inspiration and reference. I was thinking of adding a few extra features, but honestly speaking the original idea was good enough. Next time I have to do a platform calibration I might make a different design, but for now this one does the job perfectly fine.
