OneGrille baffleIt is an indispensable car care tool designed to capture the dirt and debris at the bottom of the car wash bucket, preventing it from swirling up and getting onto your car washing gloves/sponge or cloth.

When I was looking for a grille cover for my own use, I found that there were no square/round-corner square versions of grille covers available for my recycling bins. The buckets I usually use to wash my car were once used to transport raw materials, and once they're used, they can't be used for the same purpose anymore - so they're very suitable for cleaning.

The inner width/depth of the bucket I usually recycle is about 19 centimeters at the bottom, gradually tapering upward, with rounded sides. A 3-millimeter gap is reserved so that the grille baffle can be easily inserted/removed.

The baffle blades were originally star-shaped, but have been modified to follow a vortex design, based on some commercially available models. They are full-height and have a central open core gap to reduce vortices at the bottom of the barrel and provide durability for the printed parts.

The design of changing the star-shaped baffle to a vortex-shaped one also increases the thickness of the baffle, and the thickness of the grille plate is also increased. Now, the grille baffle feels durable and sturdy. In addition, when there are no items placed on it, it will not float in the bucket.

Usually, such items require durability and heat resistance, so I used ABS for this print.
