I wanted a vacuum chamber that used a glass cloche so I could see the entire volume inside while degassing my silcons/resins and didnt want to spend a lot of money.
Designed in Solidworks (can send you the solidworks part file if interested in customizing it for your needs)

Gasket
The gasket is simply silicone poured into the channel designed in the base. I used Smooth-On OOMOO 25 which worked great. Pour slow in a thin stream to prevent many air bubbles. I used a glass cloche I found on Amazon found here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0797GVSXJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN USING ANY GLASS AS A VACUUM CHAMBER, FOR OBVIOUS REASONS. That being said, the one purchased on amazon has easily been holding 30hg of vacuum and its very thick glass. Pressure Gauge The one I used can be found here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006VE306A/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Although any 1/4" NPT pressure gauge will work fine. When installing, I put a little dab of silicone on the threads to be sure it wouldn't leak. I'm not 100% that this was necessary.
