Printed standing up gives best result. Don't forget to add a brim for holding the object during printing. Printing on the side you have lot of supports that are hard to remove without traces.
I placed support only under the upper side of the android head. You can do this with cura support blocker.
This print is made with 0.6 nozzle and 0.24 layer , speed up to 75 mm/sec.
