I originally got this model from printables (Uline Trash Can Hinge Pin by SunBerns | Download free STL model | Printables.com) so all credit goes to SunBerns over there, I just oriented it for the printer and published it here with some of the metadata that I was looking for originally so hopefully it will show up in search better.  

The size of the pin is 24mm by 115mm which was a little bigger (1mm wider and 5mm longer)  than the pin that was in the bin, but it actually fits better.  The original author said it was for a ULine bin, mine is a “Husky”.  This is what the City of Calgary shipped out to everyone.  I included a photo of the manufacturer information for anyone that is wondering.
