Summary
You will find a lot of boxes here designed to hold some brand of model maker's paints.
Here is my own, that I built to hold some brushes and my Model Masters paint jars. But, it is not restricted to that. The jars have a diameter of 33mm, so my space for them is 35mm wide. You can fit anything you want in there.
Better yet, I have included the Fusion 360 design file. You can adjust any of its parameters to resize it how you want. I also tried to name all of the steps so it makes sense what each one is.

**As always, pictures of my print (proof it is printable) included.
I printed mine at a lower resolution (0.2) because it didn't need tons of strength or be extra pretty. I used 4 walls (shells), which is where its true strength comes from.

As seen in the pictures, it is best to print this in two prints. Have each print orient with the face down. You will not need any supports that way. You also do not need a brim unless your material tends to pull itself up on the edges during print. I just used a 'skirt' to make sure my nozzle was extruding before printing in earnest.
The Fusion 360 file is included and fully parametric, so you can adjust the design however you need.
The lid has decorative cutouts because I was board with plain flat surfaces Using Fusion 360, you can easily remove them, and even add your own. Just edit the lid sketch.
