This case is designed for the Waveshare TFT 3.5 screen, because many cheap clones on Aliexpress have the same layout (mine is also a clone).

It is designed to be screwed into the Ikea Lack enclosure (or whatever you want to) using M3 lag screws. You will need 4 screws to close the case, plus 2 more to fix it to the ceiling.

I guess all of you know Octoscreen already, but if you are willing to know what I'm running on that screen, check this post out. This plugin does not support 480x320 screens as ours (if you searched for this case), so I followed this tutorial to scale the screen.
