Summary
I had two problems:-
- Unused USB cables
- USB cables that were not long enough. They just would not reach!
With an unwanted cable and a 75pence USB socket, this was put right.

The notes were written for a previous version that required a special USB socket, but the 3d files work with all types that I have come across.
Do not print at grater than .16mm extrusion.
