Summary

This is a water pump powered by a cassette dc motor.

It must be submerged in water by half.
8mm output pipe.
No sealing required.

Additional parts needed:

• DC 12V motor from a cassette player (30mm diameter, 30mm height, 1.9mm shaft)
• 10 x self-tapping screws of 3x8mm
• one welding stick rod of 2.4x80mm
• M3 washer (optional, between the propeller and the base to avoid plastic to plastic friction)

Performance at 10 volts:

• max height: 1.2m
• flow at 1m: 2.2l/min

Suitable for water fountains, water re-circulation systems, educational use.
