Print with one wall and 100% infill. Use tree organic supports. Block supports inside the guide, and allow supports on the side (see screenshot).

I printed it with PETG, TPU, and PA and finally decided to choose the PA one to put on the bike.

I was unable to find an exact match for this part in local stores, and the new inner sheath I purchased was too large. My design accommodates inner sheath cables with a diameter of 2.56mm.

I'm not sure why the original had its specific shape (it seems the design could have been simpler), but I chose to replicate it as closely as possible.
