I made this to suit my aldi brand ½" torque wrench (465mm long), the cheaper ones are all probably similar dimensions so this should be pretty universal. 

Used a ½ grid for gridfinity (21 x 21 instead of 42 x 42) to allow for more adjustability.

If you want to test if this fits yours, I suggest splitting each part in half to save filament, this is how I dialed in the model without waiting hours between prints!
