Summary

UPDATE: I modified the holder so that the vibrator is pointing downward. This improves the vibration.

This is a vibrator that can be attached to a Dillon Powder Drop to vibrate the powder to improve flow. This device uses the vibrator from an Oral B Pulsar disposable toothbrush.

Twist off the bottom of the toothbrush to gain access to the battery. To extract the vibrator from the toothbrush you need to peel the rubber grip on the back of the handle to access the two small push down tabs. Bend the end tab that holds the battery in place just enough to extract the battery. Using a pointed tool, press down on the two small tabs in the hole on the back of the handle. This will allow the vibrator assembly to slide out.

Place the 'button tab' inside the vibrator top (you have to hold it facing down) so that the buttons fit into the holes.
Slide the toothbrush vibrator assembly into the top ensuring to align the on/off tab with the buttons.
Put the battery in and bend the end tab tightly against the battery to ensure that it pushes the battery forward.
Screw on the bottom cap and test the vibrator.
Place the vibrator assembly in the holder and place it on the Powder Drop. Use an elastic, string or wire to tie the clamp tightly to the Powder Drop.
Due to printing variances, it may be necessary to add a sliver of paper in the holder to ensure that the vibrator is held tight.
