I needed to reduce the speed of the grinder, so I bought an AC-AC dimmer (AC Motor Speed Controller Module).

To avoid modifying the machine, I decided to plug it into an outlet.

I just needed a place to put everything.

It's not visible in the photos, but there's a frame where the socket fits. There's also a dual-bay cover for adding a key.
