The problem I had with my soap dispensers is that due to the water drops the bottom of the device gets wet. This creates an environment beneath the dispenser that cultivates mold. This pod is to solve this problem. It keeps the bottom of the dispenser away from the surface that can get wet. The holes in the pod allow the air to circulate and the bottom to drain.

To raise the pod and prevent slipping there are places to mount six up to 12 mm round silicon or rubber "legs"- sticky pads that can be bought on Amazon or other stores.
