Required hardware:

• 2x20mm M3 caphead bolts

Printed parts:

• 2x "ring"
• 1x “body left”
• 1x “body right”

Recommended print settings:

• 20% adaptive cubic otherwise might be too flimsy
• no brim required
• “ring” should be printed with arch pointing up
• left and right side of the body should lay flat on the bed with mating surfaces upwards
• supports for “ring”

I printed mine from Sunlu PLA+ 2.0 on Qidi Q1 Pro. 

Assembly notes:

Since this is not often disassembled I went with directly cutting threads into the plastic. If needed holes in body left can be filled with heat inserts, but I don't see the point in using them.
