I achieved the multi colors on a single extrusion printer using the following method: 

If you are looking to just print the lid. I have included that with out the cutout for the design. 

Settings:

With MultiPass MultiColor:

• Layer Height: .20 MM

• Infill: 15%

• Lift Height: .6

• Only Lift: .6

Without MultiPass MultiColor: 

• Layer Height: .2 MM

• Infill: 15%
