This was designed to be printed in the worse way possible, on the end. Since the prusa core one I have has crazy high bed adhesion for some reason, it seemed to print fine. I did split it in half with a dovetail and glued it together with superglue in order to help it not break off during printing. 

I made it a little short, to give the paper a little bow. To install the nameplate i just slide the bottom edge into the grove and then  kinda bend it so the top edge can snap in the top groove.
