I designed this model for a customer to increase articulation for a security light, could also be used for a camera, moving part  is on a taper fit so when the bolt (M8 x 40mm required) is tightened it locks in place to prevent wind movement, I designed the model in several parts to reduce the amount of supports needed, current fitment for a device is 116mm hole to hole centre, if you need a specific file to make adjustments im happy to supply what I can or make adjustments for you and send the required file
