I like using the Wemos D1 ESP8266 microcontroller together with ESPHome to integrate sensors into my Home Assistant setup. For this project, I wanted a way to attach a BME280 temperature and humidity sensor breakout board to a 16 mm tent pole. The idea was to make the sensor mount adjustable in height, so I can easily position it where I need it. The clip is designed to snap onto 16 mm poles, which are commonly used for EG16 pipes, tent frames, or smaller grow tents.

The enclosure requires supports when printing (see pictures). I recommend 6 perimeters/walls and 25% infill to give the clip enough strength.
