0.4mm nozzle, use a raft as it helps preserve dimensions. 4 sets takes ~20 min.
See photos for assembly. Any super glue or PLA pen. 22GA wire.
If you find the fit too tight (can vary), just increase X/Y dimensions by 1-3%.
TPU may be a good option buy I've not yet tested it.
