tripod crank handle fix

Please NOTE: I am seeing if I can make a Folding Handle version. As this handle sticks out a bit and may be easy to knock.

My crack handle broke off my, I think it is a  Star 51 Tripod,so I made a 3D Print replacement.

This needed gluing to the tripod
