I created these enclosure guards to provide a rounded corner for the back opening of the plexiglass top enclosure lid. The purpose of the guard pieces is to prevent the power cable from extruders from snagging on the vertical edges and to make it less noisy. Enjoy!

I modeled the parts in Autodesk's 123D Design program (Free) and exported out an STL file for printing. I used digital calipers to get the average thickness of the plexiglass and created a -2 deg taper on the inside edge to provide the clamping force so it will be self supporting.
