I have larger feet (11.5) and like to ride in heavy workboots. My feet were hanging off the pedals of my nosfet aero with regular pads so I designed these. The design is works perfectly for me, your mileage may vary. The rear pad is a backstop for your feet, it gives no leverage for braking.  "toe_knobz_v4" has a curved velcro surface that matches the curve of the aero.  "toe_knobz_v4_flat" has a flat velcro surface for flat sided wheels. I have never printed/tested the flat sided model. I do have a leveling kit installed that creates a continuous surface on the side of the wheel, I have not tested adhesion on the stock aero.
