This requires very little supports, just some supports under the lip that holds the phone in. Can be printed with any rigid material like PLA or PETG,

Depending on your printer and settings it could end up slightly too loose or tight, if too loose I just put a little bit of masking tape on the inside corners and a little square in the middle of the back where it touches my phone. You can use even thicker tape as well and it could even help with shock absorption for drops.
