Do you have leftover Filament boxes? Do you need space for organisation? Then you have come to the right place!
I generated a gridfinity baseplate fitting my leftover filament boxes from "The Filament", but it should fit other filament boxes as well, the inner dimensions of my box were about 20cm by 20cm so the baseplate is 19,8 cm by 19,8 cm.
The inside of the box has a height of 10 gridfinity units, so if your stack of bins adds up to 10 Units the box will still close firmly and your bins are secured and won't spill their contents.
I glued in the baseplate using superglue. Try to leave a few milimeters on each side so the flaps of the filament box can still fold down to the bottom of the box or trim them slightly if you mess up your allignment, as i did :).
If you have a smaller printer you will need to print the split baseplate, which needs 12 clips to assemble, and one of each of the other files in the folder. If you have a print volume of at least 20 by 20cm you can print the base in one piece.
