Should fit the paper case of Bicycle and similar cards fine and the cards themselves with a little wiggle room. Printed in PLA but anything remotely flexible should work, for the friction fit of the two halves. Default slicer settings, I don't think infill matters on this model just because of how thin all the elements of it are. Survived a 4-foot drop.
