I designed an easy to print shelf divider for my work shop.
It is made to work with cardboard or corrugated plastic sheets, that can be cut to size.
It keeps your tools, and their chords separated, and at easy reach.
You can tweak the design to match your shelf, and divider material at the OnShape link
Print:
No Supports
On it's corner
PLA or PETG
extra Hardware
optional M3 heat sink 2mm depth
Tips:
Cardboard can be VERY strong, with 2 to 3 layers glued together, with the corrugation going in perpendicular directions.
If you cut them to the exact height of the shelf space, you probably don't need top brackets
You probably don't need top brackets anyway.
I used 2mm corrugated plastic in the picture, and I somewhat regret it.
The inner wall of the bracket is intended to flex, and "pinch" the divider material.
If the thickness is exact, you probably don't need screws.
