Multi-purpose handlebar mount for the Wuben x4 light.

I made this because I didn't like the overly large clip-on part of the factory mount.

- Main advantages of the mount.

I used a cam mechanism to clamp the light to the handlebars, which pushes the pin and prevents the light from being pulled out when not needed.

It can be quickly removed from the handlebars. I always remove it.

Assembly points.

- The two halves are attached to a 2 mm pin. I used wire, but something harder would work, such as a rivet tip or a nail.

- The main part for securing the light is a small nail 1.5-2 mm thick with a head no more than 4 mm in diameter. The excess can be filed down. The nail should protrude 2 mm.

The rocker arm is secured with the remainder of a nail or another 1.5-2 mm object.

- I turned the boss into which the M4 screw is screwed to secure the mount to the handlebar using a lathe. It was 7.2 mm in diameter, but the list of models also includes a plastic blank for an M4 nut. I haven't tried this option, but it should hold up.

- I used M3x3 mm self-tapping screws to attach the plate to the clip.

- The type of Allen head screw should be used depending on the position on the handlebar and the thickness of the handlebar, but not less than 40 mm.

Screw the nut onto the screw until it reaches the head, tighten it firmly (it's best to also use a clamp), and press it into the part.

Printing

I made all the parts from PET-G with a 0.2 layer thickness, except for the plunger, which was 0.1 layer thickness and a small line thickness of 0.22 [I managed this with a 0.4 mm nozzle].
