4x 5mm x 16mm SS socket head caps screws.

4x ¼-20 x ¾" SS flathead screws for pipe mount plate.

1x 4"x4" x 0.1" thick 304SS plate.  I use onlinemetals.com since they cut to size.  Was $12 for SS or $10 for .25" thick 6061 aluminum.

Assembly:

Loosely attached the two side mounts and the middle pivot, then tighten once everything is adjusted as necessary.  Use the drill guide to drill the ¼" holes in the metal pipe mount plate and drill holes as necessary for the pipe mount U-bolts.  Attache the pipe mount plate using the flathead ¼-20 screws.  Attach to the antenna pipe or to whatever it is getting mounted to.

Print two of the solar mounts.
