Very basic and simple mount to clamp an E3DV6 hotend to the Two Trees Sapphire Pro carriage. This is designed for the newer version of the carriage that has two mounting holes higher up and one lower down.

The bracket to mount to the carriage has oblong holes to allow for slight vertical position adjustment. The front of the mount attaches to the front holes of the carriage with small zip ties.

You will need 2x M3 heat set inserts and 2x M3 20mm bolts for the clamp. The bolts go through all 3 pieces from the rear of the bracket.

This is only the clamp to attach the heat sink to the carriage; you'll still need something else to hold the heat sink and part cooling fans.
