The adapter is rounded down on the outer edge to make putting a record over it easier and tall enough to be easy to grab to remove from the spindle.

Three models are included, and the OpenSCAD customizer can be used to tweak everything from the height profile of the petals to how much of the outer diameter follows the record vs falling away to round the petals over more.

Customization:

I included the OpenSCAD file that I used to generate the models. All key parameters are defined and commented for use in the customizer. The models I uploaded are included as presets in the customizer and their details can be viewed at the bottom of the file.

Tip: Reduce the roundover radius to 0 when tweaking the shape for faster rendering, the minkowski to apply the roundover is the biggest rendering slowdown.

Printing Tips:

Filament swap height to make the center of the flower a different color:
- **wavy:** 6.4 mm
- **center_bump:** 6 mm

I printed with variable layer heights and ironing turned on and got very good results on my test prints.
