New .stl file. Scaled for 32mm width. Corners of the star extend into circle to ensure they remain attached.

First 3D model. Built it in Sketchup. Started with a circle. Made the star by breaking the interior circle into 5 units. Slowly built the side shapes and then copy/pasted them all around.
