Summary

this is a decorative rolling pin to roll a pattern onto cookies. sorry I didn't take a picture of the final cookies...

the middle requires a STRAIGHT 3/4 inch wooden dowel to be epoxied in place at the end. it's good to sand the dowel so it is smooth and maybe even lubricate it. I used CRC spray but I don't think you want to get that on your food so be careful.

when you roll the cookies with it roll them with a normal rolling pin first then do one final roll with this one and make sure to press very hard and use lots of flour.
