Another case for an arduino - this time a Freetronics EtherTen module. There are two top parts available - one with access holes to the I/O pins and a ventilation grill; the other just a closed lid.

This case was designed for a UP 3D Printer and snaps together if printed on fine setting with 0.2mm Z increments.
