My lids were just on the edge of being loose, it might be better to print the German box/lid first to check fit (it is the smallest) and determine if you want to scale it down a percent or two.

I print most inserts with a .6mm nozzle

I prefer to design inlays directly into the lid, but the flag designs and number of colors made that difficult for this project. I chose to go with labels instead, a PDF is included.
I opted for an unofficial Kriegsmarine ensign with a Balkenkreuz instead of the alternative.
