BLTouch mount for the E3D Titan extruder.

This design can be used as the basis for a mount to suite your printer X carriage type. It is an addition to my cooling fan mount http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1537971
There are two versions, BLTouch_Titan_mount_83_standard which positions the BLT 8.3mm above the nozzle as recommended by ANTCLABS. The other STL moves it up 0.5mm higher for variations in hotends.
