Summary
I created this for a project to eliminate needing to purchase and use multiple socket adapters.
My use for this was to attach a low scale inch pound torque wrench with 1/4" square drive to a large socket needed for a yoke nut. This will allow me to set bearing preload (less than 10 in/lbs) with a more convienent tool setup than a stack of adapters.
I stress tested one, it stripped the 1/4" square hole at 50 in/lbs. Definately not for use with any solid torque. For setting resistance of a moving part, it should be adequate.
Instructions
I used:
ABS
100% infill
.20mm layer height
Active cooling fan on part entire build.
No raft
No support
STL is in inches, will need to be re-scaled. You may have to adjust scale slightly depending on accuracy of your printer.
