Here are some ornaments derived from thing:131110 Hidden Heart Pendant. The holes have been made smaller and there is now an option to create the pendant fully pierced or with the holes hidden by a layer of plastic.

Five different patterns are supplied in both pierced and hidden forms. They are a heart, a three leaved rose, a devil-angel, a geranium leaf, and a cat. OpenSCAD code is provided.

The ornaments are more attractive if printed directly on the build surface. On my Replicator I printed the pierced pendants with one shell and 25% infill and the hidden pendants with 1 shell and 100% infill. All build times were less than 60 minutes.

The holes form a hexagonal array which makes the ornaments more attractive. Note how the underlying symmetry of the holes is shown by the three leaved rose. The rose and the array of holes share an origin.
