Summary
This is a very sturdy mini tripod with telescopic legs. It has a 1/4 inch universal connector, which will fit any decent camera. I have tested the tripod with weights up to 3.5kg (7.7 lbs), no problem.
Printing
I have printed everything at 0.2mm in PETG. You might be able to get away with 0.3mm but I would then recommend to print the parts with threads (nut and plate) in 0.2mm.
You will need to print the following parts:
3 x cap.stl
3 x ball.stl
3 x inner_rod.stl
3 x blocker.stl (needs brim)
1 x plate.stl
3 x nut.stl
3 x outer_rod.stl
Assembly
The cap for the inner leg and the ball for the outer leg are designed to be an extremely tight fit. You will not be able to put them together using muscle power. Instead, push the rod just half a millimeter into the cap/ball and then use a small hammer to drive the rod completely into the cap/ball. Also, once you have put the ball on the outer rod, don't forget to put the nut on next, before you put the blocker (yes, I have done that multiple times).
The bolt I am using is 1/4 inch diameter and 1.25 inch long.
Tips
There are plenty of decent tripod heads on thingiverse, if you want to use a phone, take a look at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2423960. For a GoPro, take a look at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:53680.
