Design Concept

The Flexi Snail is designed to be a fun and interactive toy that showcases flexibility and articulation. Its unique segments allow it to bend and move, simulating the motion of a real snail. The flat surface is great for fixing a paper sticker image. I added a sticker of a steam punk engine and have attached the sticker image with the cut lines to match the segments but it may need scaling to suit the model.

I have added a version 2 with a level base much easier to stand upright.

Purpose

This model is perfect for children and adults who are interested in flexible figurines. It's great for play, education, or simply as a cute desk ornament.

Printing Suggestions

Print with PLA or greener filaments to get a nice matte finish. Use a layer height of 0.2 mm to ensure detail while maintaining flexibility.

Assembly Instructions

The model prints in one piece thanks to its flexible design. Once printed, gently move its segments to ensure fluid motion.
