Once everything is printed press the bearings into place. The small pulley takes two bearing. The trick about the 1/4" O'Ring to connect the ends of the O'Ring together is to melt them slightly and press them together until they are cooled off. Or use O'Ring super glue. Be sure when using the winder to wind in a clockwise rotation or the cone will come unscrewed.
Once everything is put together. Adjust the pulley that rides on the cone it will have to make 100% contact around the cone. Then tighten the bolt. This will cause the small pulley to rotate around it's own axis as it spins around the cone.
Turn in a CW motion, If you turn the large pulley CCW it will unscrew the cone.
