I use this mini spool to organize my sample consumables.
Print two pieces and then glue them together.

Print settings:
It has a wall thickness of 3 layers
The top two floors
The bottom two floors
Fill density 10%
The floor height is 0.3mm

The inner diameter is 88mm, and the outer diameter is 142mm.

On my 300×300 printing platform, I can fit four semi-finished spools at a time. The entire printing process takes about 1.5 hours, which means it only takes about 45 minutes to complete the printing of a complete mini spool. Although the structure is not particularly strong, it works very well for me.

Using the small holes on the spool, the consumables can be firmly fixed on the mini spool; when not in use, the small clips can be used to securely fasten the end of the consumables, preventing them from loosening or becoming tangled. The spool bracket is compatible with aluminum profiles of the size 40×20mm.
I have uploaded a 20×20 size version, but I haven't actually tested it yet.
