Printing and Assembly Instructions

Print the Base Plate First
Begin by printing the base plate, ensuring that all square pockets are accurately formed and cleanly finished.
Print the Individual Squares Separately
Next, print the individual square inserts separately. These may be printed in any desired colors to achieve the classic alternating chessboard pattern.
Assemble the Chessboard
Once all components are printed:

Carefully apply adhesive to each square insert.
Place each square into the corresponding pocket on the base plate.
Arrange the colors in an alternating pattern to replicate a traditional chessboard layout.
Final Inspection
Ensure all squares are properly aligned and securely adhered before use.
