⚙️ Recommended Print Settings:
Material: TPU (Shore 95A or 98A). For this type of arm, TPU is highly recommended. It offers the necessary flexibility to absorb impacts and protect the antenna in a crash, unlike rigid materials that would break.
Layer Height: 0.2mm
Infill: 30-50%. Higher infill can provide more stiffness to the arm while maintaining TPU's elasticity.
Walls/Perimeters: 3-4 for good structural strength.
Supports: Supports may be needed under the end part with the hole, depending on the print orientation.
Orientation: Print the part flat on the build plate, as shown in the image, for maximum strength along its length.
